About the Role
Vallo Holding is seeking a highly driven and strategic Procurement Manager to lead the organization's procurement function across its diverse portfolio of businesses. The role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure cost optimization, supplier excellence, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and corporate governance.
The Procurement Manager will work closely with business units, engineering, operations, finance, and project teams to source products, equipment, materials, and services that support Vallo Holding's operations in defense, aerospace, industrial services, advanced manufacturing, technology, and energy sectors. This position requires a proactive leader capable of building long-term supplier partnerships, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and implementing best-in-class procurement practices.
Requirements
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level commitments.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely procurement for ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
Manage procurement budgets, forecasting, and purchasing reports.
Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Support localization initiatives and supplier development in line with UAE industrial growth objectives.
Drive digital procurement initiatives and improve procurement processes through technology and automation.
