About the Role
Vallo Holding is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support the company's growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to revenue generation across its diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop market opportunities, strengthen client engagement, and support business expansion in key sectors.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for developing client relationships. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in market research, lead generation, proposal development, and supporting strategic partnerships across defense, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, technology, energy, and industrial services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or client relationship management.
Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial services, technology, advanced manufacturing, energy, or engineeringsectors is an advantage.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
