About the Role
Vallo Holding is seeking a dedicated and people-oriented HR Representative to support the company's human resources operations across its diverse portfolio of businesses. The HR Representative will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting business objectives through effective HR practices. Working closely with managers and employees across the organization, the HR Representative will contribute to building a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or HR administration.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/HR management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently.
HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
