About the Role
Vallo Holding is seeking a proactive and highly organized Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive working environment. The Floor Manager will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, supervising floor staff, maintaining workplace standards, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing employee productivity, and delivering a professional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in floor management, operations, facilities management, hospitality, retail, or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Experience in managing workplace operations, staff coordination, and customer service.
Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and operational compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Ability to work flexible hours when business operations require.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
